Documents Required for the Recruitment Process:
For placements in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait, Along Side for Europe Far East similar documents required with some additional documents as well which can be requested further, the following documents are necessary:
Demand Letter (D/L)
Power of Attorney (POA)
Job Offer Letter
duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective countries.
Electronic Authorization (for Saudi Arabia)
For UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, the POA and Demand Letter must also be attested by the Pakistani embassies in the respective countries.
Employer’s Responsibilities:
1. Demand Letter:
The employer must issue a formal demand letter to Overseas Placement Services (IOS) that includes the following details:
1. Job Description/Category
2. Number of workers required in each category
3. Monthly salary for each role
Contract duration (fixed-term or permanent)
Other amenities provided to workers, including:
1. Food
2. Medical coverage
3. Transport
4. Air passage
5. Accommodation
2. Power of Attorney (POA)
The employer must issue a Power of Attorney authorizing Overseas Placement Services to select and recruit candidates on the employer’s behalf. This POA also enables the agency to liaise with local authorities, such as embassies, consulates, and foreign affairs offices, ensuring smooth recruitment processes.
